Gamchung is a platform that tracks and displays publicly available statistics for Tibetan YouTube creators. We also provide royalty-free music resources for content creators and blog content about the Tibetan YouTube community. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. Use of Public Data

The creator statistics displayed on our platform are collected from publicly available YouTube data. This includes:

  • Channel names and profile images
  • Subscriber counts and view counts
  • Video titles, thumbnails, and metadata
  • Publicly visible engagement metrics

If you are a creator featured on our platform and wish to be removed or have concerns about how your data is displayed, please contact us.

4. Music Library Usage

Music provided through our platform falls into two categories:

  • AI-Generated Music: Free to use for any purpose, including commercial projects and YouTube monetization.
  • Unminus Partnership Music: Subject to Unminus licensing terms. Please review their license before use.

We are not responsible for any copyright claims that may arise from improper use of music resources.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape or collect data from the Service in an automated manner without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

The Gamchung name, logo, and original content (including blog posts and design elements) are our intellectual property. YouTube creator content, channel names, and videos remain the property of their respective owners. The data we display is publicly available information aggregated for community benefit.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed. YouTube statistics may be delayed or differ from official YouTube figures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamchung shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, which is zero as the Service is free.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including YouTube channels and external resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
